There really is no return ticket on a county line. I have represented so many young men, predominantly, seeking to make P’s (fast money), but they never seriously contemplate death, lengthy custodial sentences, Serious Crime Prevention Orders, Proceeds of Crime proceedings.
In 2024 I’m going to keep educating them and offering/ signposting better choices through mentoring and accountability. Of course there will be those who choose not to hear and will therefore feel.
I will see those in the courtroom.
